Facility Upgrades – Expect Peak Shipping Schedule from May 21 to June 3, 2024 

Between May 21 and June 3, 2024, our warehouse and fulfillment facility will be undergoing essential upgrades to enhance our operations and improve your overall shopping experience. Orders placed within this timeframe will not be shipped according to our normal schedule. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service. While these upgrades are underway, our facilities will need to follow our peak shipping schedules. 

Orders received between May 21 and June 2 will require extended fulfillment time and may not ship until normal service resumes the week of June 3, regardless of the shipping method selected. 

If you have urgent inquiries or concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team. Please note that Customer Service is not able to expedite or initiate shipments during this timeframe.

During this time, the processing of returns will also be delayed. All returns will be processed as soon as possible in the order they were received.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Your merchandise order will ship within 5-10 business days from our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Standard ground delivery is an additional 1-8 business days in transit from the ship date. Ground shipments may be shipped by FedEx or the USPS. You may select expedited delivery of 3 Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air during checkout. With these selections, in-stock merchandise will ship the same day with a FedEx delivery guarantee. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time FedEx rates. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days according to FedEx guidelines.
